We are evolving a new digital team of agile service design specialists, building and delivering user-centred services and solutions in partnership with our clients based in London.

We are looking for a talented service designer to join our agile team who has previous public sector exposure and be able to work with senior management and present complex matters clearly.

The role
  • Leverage human-centred design knowledge to collaborate with stakeholders to define, plan, and design the appropriate end-to-end cross-channel experiences and solutions.
  • Evangelise design best practices and find opportunities to elevate confidence in the design team’s work.
  • Understand the existing supporting systems of a service and root causes of failures
  • Use and develop sketches, flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, member experience blueprints, and visual concepts.
  • Help define what good looks like by welcoming constructive criticism on your work and be able to constructively review the work of others.
  • Lead design vision and explain design concepts in a clear and compelling way to influence strategy and delivery.
You'll have
  • Experience interpreting and analysing user needs and business objectives in highly complex service areas.
  • Expertise in designing, prototyping and testing a whole services, from concept to final delivery.
  • Experience creating high-quality artefacts such as experience maps and service blueprints.
  • Confidence in leading workshops, design sprints and co-design with stakeholders and users.
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Experience working in the public sector (desirable)

  • Salary: £45.000-£50.000
  • Contract: 6 months (possibility of extension)
